3 medium ripe bananas
12 prunes
2 cups plain quick oats
2 large eggs
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Place all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and give it one pulse.
Fill each muffin cup almost to the top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
