4 slices deli chicken, about 3 ounces per wrap
1 tablespoon Caesar dressing
2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 spinach wrap
Instructions
Set the wrap down on a cutting board and center the chicken, parm and lettuce on the wrap, leaving about 1 inch on each side. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce. Fold in the two sides and wrap. Cut in half.
If packing for a lunch, have a piece of plastic wrap ready to wrap it up or add to a small container and seal with a lid.
Notes
If you have multiple wraps to make, consider using a salad kit to save money and reduce food waste.
