Figgy almond coconut energy pops

10 whole dried figs

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup chopped almonds

1/4 cup toasted desiccated coconut

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional


In a food processor, add figs, oats, almonds, and coconut
Blend until it starts to form into clumps
Pour out into a bowl and stir in chocolate chips, if you are adding them
Take about 2 tablespoons out and form into a tight ball into your hand and roll it around to smooth it out – repeat
Store in the refrigerator
