Ingredients

5-6 orange peel slices
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup black olives
1/2 cup chopped feta cheese
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/16 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
With a vegetable peeler, peel off 5-6 slices of orange peel – careful to only get the orange part and no white
In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients and gently stir to keep the feta intact
Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours up to 3 days
