Orange marmalade and dark chocolate peanut butter cups

  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade



  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate
  2. Heat in 20 second increments until melted, stirring after each heat
  3. Place 12 large cupcake liners into a cupcake pan
  4. Place 1-2 teaspoons of melted chocolate into each liner
  5. Dollop a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of chocolate
  6. Repeat with orange marmalade
  7. Press down filling slightly with the back of a spoon
  8. Spoon remaining chocolate over the top of each cup
  9. Tap the pan on a flat surface to evenly distribute the chocolate and remove any air
  10. Refrigerate for at least an hour
  11. Remove liners and serve cold
