Peanut butter and oat energy bites

1/3 cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky

3/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup crispy rice cereal

1/4 cup ground flaxseed, or flaxseed meal

3 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


Add peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds or until peanut butter is very soft.

Add all other ingredients to the bowl in the order listed and stir together. 

Roll into 15, 1″ balls



If the mixture is too sticky, wet your hands before rolling.
