2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pound sugar snap peas
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add sugar snap peas, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Stir and saute for 5 minutes, stirring once.
Serve warm.
