4 cups of tomatoes, preferably 4 different types or colors
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1/4 cup fresh torn basil
Cut tomatoes into different shapes and arrange on a plate or place in a bowl.
Add sliced red onion.
Gently toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh basil.
