If you have a hard time getting your kids to eat peanut butter and jelly, you should just change up the method of delivery. I found much success in this method. There are some things that my kids do not like to eat all the time, PB&J is one of them. They aren’t against it, it just isn’t their favorite.
It’s a lunchbox staple and I love it. In fact, in my last two years of college, I ate a PB&J sandwich every single day for lunch. Did I love it that much? Well, maybe not at the end of two years, but it was cheap and it was easy.
I love the idea of turning something old into something new. This is so easy and bite sized, your kids just might eat it. And, it goes without saying, if you are not a peanut butter family, this method works with all types of nut butters. Oh, and if it’s a special treat, nutella and peanut butter is the bomb!
This is one of my older videos, but still a good one. Keep this idea in the back of your mind when you are trying to come up with new and creative ways to get your kids to eat lunch!
