What happens if you don’t like cranberries or chocolate? I know, in the off chance that there is someone out there, you can change this up.
You simply swap those amounts out with something else.
Here’s the trick though, don’t make the substitutions too big. This means no whole almonds or dried apricots…I have to say it. Chop everything small so your bars don’t fall apart.

Ingredients
1 medium ripe banana, mashed
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon table salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Pour into baking dish, press down evenly, and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool completely and cut into 9 squares or 8 bars
